Herrmans booked on theft charges

Doug and Valerie Hermann leave the Butler County Jail after they were booked on charges of felony theft on Wednesday. The couple are charged with claiming their adopted son, Adam Herrman, as a dependent for several years after he disappeared. (Video by Travis Heying, The Wichita Eagle)
