Wichita police Capt. Rusty Leeds talks about a fatal shooting in the 1700 block of East 23rd Street North, near I-135. The victim, a Wichita man in his 20s, was found by family returning home after a short outing around 8:20 p.m. Tuesday.

  2. Click on the webcam icon.
  3. If you are using a built in iSight camera, choose USB Video Class Video from the pulldown menu. You should see video immediately.

  4. Click "close" button.
  5. Record! You must record at least ten seconds before you can stop.
