Deputy describes train rescue caught on dash cam

Sedgwick County Sheriff Deputy John Scaglione describes his extrication of Isaac Sullivan from an overturned concrete truck that was hit by a train last week in south Wichita. Scaglione pulled Sullivan from the cab of his truck moments before the train hit. (Mike Hutmacher, The Wichita Eagle)

Click "close" button.
Record! You must record at least ten seconds before you can stop.
