Pedestrian hit by train

A man apparently walked in front of a train and was struck and critically injured at a crossing at 17th and Santa Fe at around 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, a Wichita police official said. (Mike Hutmacher, The Wichita Eagle.)

Yeah nice video but I do not speak bellspeak. Can someone who does pleas tell me what that railroad crossing was trying to say?
