Man accused in Wichita store shooting charged with aggravated assault
Jake Jacobs made his first appearance Wednesday afternoon in Sedgwick County District Court. Prosecutors charged Jacobs, 27, with four counts of aggravated assault two days after he allegedly fired at a store security guard and pointed his gun at other people in Burlington Coat Factory on Monday morning.
