Larry Keith went for a bike ride on his 59th birthday wearing nothing but his tattoos and a thong. Police pulled him over and held him for over a half hour. Keith was never charged with a crime.

i think u and your family or friends did it for a bet and to see if you would get stopped.. it was a joke.. attention, and it was ugly. now if it was a female, she would get a ticket,for sure. because of her breast. where is equal rights for females?
